The Short Dated report can be accessed, like other reports, by popping up the bottom bar, clicking on dashboard, and then reports.

Clicking on the Short Dated report from the list in the sidebar will display the report seen below.

The Short Dated report shows an itemized list of those items in inventory that are nearing their expiration dates. Each column can be sorted by clicking on the heading above it. The risk column highlights the potential loss that would result from the item not being checked. The Short Dated report is a useful tool for targeting short dated items in order to minimize shrink and maximize ROI.
