You can see the savings your facility has missed by accessing the Missed Savings report from the Reports Dashboard.

This number is a calculation of all of the products that were found as expired without being rotated to the front of the shelf.  The program also factors in your selling percentage and what the estimated labor would have been to check these items, so it is an accurate picture of the likely savings you would have experienced rather than a running total of everything that was not rotated..
