How does the Time Estimate Report Work?

The Time Estimate Report is designed to show you how many items are left to be checked in Date Check Health, as well as how many are going to be coming up in the next few weeks. 

You can access the report by following the steps below.

Choosing Time Estimate from the list in the sidebar will display the report as shown below.

The first column, Current, shows you how many items are available to check right now.  The second column, This Week, shows how many items will be available to be checked through Sunday of the current week. This column includes items that are currently available. The last column, Next Week, is an estimate of the number of items that will be available to be checked next week.

The time estimate is determined by dividing the number of items to be checked by the average pace of your location. It is possible for two locations to have different time estimates for the same number of items. If Location A checks at a pace of 25 items/hour, while Location B checks at a pace of 50 items/hour, it will take Location A twice as long to check the same number of items as Location B.
