How does the User Performance Report Work?

The User Performance Report is the primary tool for tracking the progress of your date checking team.

A variety of other statistics, such as discontinued percentage and expired items per hour, are also tracked and show up on the right side of this report.  The goal of these statistics is to show outliers and determine if any of your date checkers are using the program improperly.

Based on the collective statistics of all users, it has been determined that a fully trained date checker should reasonably be able to check 30 items per hour. The most experienced date checkers can expect an uninterrupted pace of as high as 65 items per hour. A pace outside of this range should be considered a red flag.

If you suspect that a user is not using the program properly, feel free to contact the Date Check Pro team at [email protected] or 262-458-2470.  We understand that these different metrics might not paint the whole picture, but we are committed to giving you the information you need to appropriately follow up with your team.

Choosing User Performance from the menu in the sidebar will display the report as shown below.

Clicking on an individual name will display a timeline showing active date checking. Areas bordered by black bars denote a break longer than fifteen minutes.
