Are there reports that I can have emailed to me?

Yes!  When you are setting up a new user or updating a current user, which you can learn how to do here, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and sign that user up for different automatically generated reports.   Please note that there are no automated emails available for users with the "Date Checker" role, and the Daily All Expired Report Email is only available to Location Manager level users. Company Manager level users have both the High Number of Expired Report and Daily All Expired Report available to them.

The High Number of Expired Report Email goes out on a weekly basis (Monday morning) and will include locations that have more than 50 items already past their expiration date.  If you don't receive the email, it just means that your location is caught up on expired items and falls below that threshold. Users responsible for multiple locations will only receive emails for those locations that rise above the 50 item threshold.

The All Expired Report Email is sent out on a daily basis and includes everything pulled as expired the previous day where all inventory was removed from the shelf.  The goal of emailing this report on a daily basis is to help location employees catch slow moving items that are expiring before they are reordered so they can be discontinued if necessary, or lower quantities can be ordered if the movement justifies keeping it in your location.
