The All Expired Report is part inventory tracking tool, part date tracking tool. The items displayed in the list are those that were found to be expired, and, as a result, inventory for that item is now zero, or below the critical range. This indicates two things: the item needs to be reordered; and the item in question moves slowly, so less inventory can be kept on hand. Using this report to optimize inventory ordering will help minimize shrink in the long run.

Follow the steps below to access the All Expired report.

Choosing All Expired from the sidebar menu will display the All Expired report as shown below. Items can be sorted by name, units lost, and  dollars lost, by clicking on the column headers.
