Customer Satisfaction - What is this percentage?

The Customer Satisfaction metric shows the percentage of expired items removed from the shelves at least one day before the expiration date printed on each item. In other words, it is the percentage of expired items prevented from being used to treat patients. A low value in this category means that there is a large number of expired items on your shelves, or that expired items are frequently found during the date checking process. A high percentage indicates that supply shelves are free of expired product, and the risk to your patients and your liability are significantly lower.
