The Notifications Count Report is designed to break down the Time Estimate Report by the departments that you have in your store.  This allows you to see which specific areas of the store are accounting for the work that needs to be done, which is especially helpful if multiple areas of your store are responsible for completing the date checking on a weekly basis.

To access the Notification Counts report, you start by selecting the three line menu button to bring up the full menu.

Once you have brought up the side menu, click on Reports. It should be the second option below Spot Check.

Once you click Reports, it will bring up a list of all available reports.  Now select the Notification counts option to bring up the report.

Once you click the report above, you will get the view that you see below.  

You can click on departments to resort them alphabetically if you wish.  Additionally, you can sort from high to low or low to high on the other columns as well.
