How does the User Performance Report Work?

The User Performance Report is designed to give you insight into how all of your date checkers are doing on the program.  The most common statistic that you will gain from this report is how many items per hour your date checkers are completing.  This is done by time stamping items in the program to ensure an accurate calculation.

A variety of other statistics, such as discontinued percentage and expired items per hour are also tracked and show up on the right side of this report.  The goal of these statistics is to show outliers and determine if any of your date checkers are using the program improperly.

If you suspect that a user is not using the program properly, feel free to contact the Date Check Pro team at [email protected] or 262-458-2470 ext 2.  We understand that these different metrics might not paint the whole picture and will hopefully be able to give you more insight into where these numbers should be falling.

To access the report, start by selecting the three line menu button to bring up the full menu.

Once you have brought up the side menu, click on Reports. It should be the Second option below Spot Check.

Once you click Reports, it will bring up a list of all available reports. Select the User Performance link.

Once you have clicked the link, you will get the view that you see below.

You can also click on anyone's name to see the report below.  The black bar will show a break if there is a 15 minute gap or longer in between date checks.
