How does the Time Estimate Report Work?

The Time Estimate Report is designed to show you how many items are left to be checked in Date Check Pro, as well as how many are going to be coming up in the next few weeks.

To access this report, you start by selecting the three line menu button to bring up the full menu.

Once you have brought up the side menu, click on Reports. It should be the second option below Spot Check.

Once you click Reports, it will bring up a list of all available reports. From there, select Time Estimate.

Once you have accessed the Time Estimate Report that you see below, you will be able to see exactly where you stand with the amount of items to check in Date Check Pro, as well as what is coming up.  The first column, Current, shows you how many items are available to check right now.  The second column, This Week, shows how many items (including what is available right now) will be available through Sunday of the current week.  The last column, Next Week, includes these numbers as well, but adds in what will be available through the following Sunday.

All of these numbers regarding items to be checked are divided by your store's average pace to give you a true estimate of how long it will take to date check these items.  This is why one store can have 100 items to check and show 4 hours if their average pace is 25 items an hour while another store can also have 100 items to check but only 2 hours since their pace is 50 items an hour.
