Are there reports that I can have emailed to me?

Yes!  When you are setting up a new user or updating a current user, which you can view the article on how to do that here, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and sign that user up for different automatically generated reports.  You can see the current options below, with explanations of each below the picture.  Please note that there are no automated emails available for users with the "Date Checker" role, and the Daily All Expired Report Email is only available to Store Manager level users. The report/information is not designed for Company Manager level users, which is why its not an option for them to turn on.

The High Number of Expired Report Email goes out on a weekly basis (Monday morning) and will include stores that have more than 50 items already past their expiration date.  If you don't receive the email, it just means that your store (or stores not included if you are a company manager with multiple stores) is caught up on expired items and falls below that threshold.

The All Expired Report Email is sent out on a daily basis and includes everything pulled as expired the previous day where all inventory was removed from the shelf.  The goal of emailing this report on a daily basis is to help store employees catch slow moving items that are expiring before they are reordered so they can be discontinued if necessary, or lower quantities can be ordered if the movement justifies keeping it in your store.

The Top Expired Report is designed to show you your highest expired counts, regardless of whether the items were marked down or not if you are using a combination of rotation and marked down items.

The High Risk report is designed to look at the expiration date of an item, the cost per item, and how many are expected to be sold before expiration. With all this taken into account, if an item will lose more than $50 it is added to this list.
