In order to pull up an item that is not currently on the list of items to check, you simply need to click on the Search icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 

Once you have clicked the Search icon, the screen below will pop up and you can select how you want to search: Search All Items, Search by barcode, or Search by description.

Enter key terms from the item description and click search.

Note: Keep in mind any abbreviations that may have been used (e.g. almond vs. almnd).  We do our best to update descriptions to the full length for all items, but depending on what we have received from data imports, there can be shorter descriptions like this example.
