What do I do if I realize I made a mistake updating an item?

If you need to update an item's information, or you believe you made a mistake, you can gain access to the item using the search function. You can search for items by Device ID, Keyword, and Model Number.

Selecting an item from the list will give you the option to add a location, add expired, discontinue. To change the date of the item, click on the location line below the back button.
