How do I check new items?

To check New Items, select the New Items checkbox in the upper left hand corner. This will populate the list with New Items. New Items are denoted by a green circle to the right of the description.

After selecting a New Item from the list, you will be prompted to update the item's location. Enter the department, room, section, shelf, and bin number, as applicable. Click the green "Update Location" button to complete this step.

NOTE: You may not be prompted to complete this step if the location is up to date.

The program will prompt you to enter a date for the New Item. Enter the date on the item closest to today's date. Click the green "Submit Date" button to complete the process.

NOTE: It is possible that the New Item may be out of date. If this is the case, follow the program's instructions for next steps. These steps have been pre-selected by your facility.
