How do I check out of stock items?

Out of Stock items can be checked by selecting the Out of Stock filter in the top left corner as shown below.

After selecting an item from the list, you will be given three options. The first is to enter a new date for the item. Enter the closest date of the items on the shelf.

If the item is still out of stock, you can list the item as out of stock, again.

If the item has been discontinued, select "Discontinued."

NOTE: Do not select "Discontinued" unless you are absolutely certain that this item will no longer be used in your facility. When in doubt, select "Out of Stock" instead.

Click the green "Submit Date" button to complete the process for this item. You will then be taken back to the list of items to be checked.
