What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password and are unable to login to Date Check Pro, the login screen has an option to click on that will take you through an email sequence to update your password.

Once you hit the forgot password button, it will bring up the page below.

Once you submit your username on the page seen above, you should receive the email allowing you to reset your password.  If the email doesn't come through to where you are expecting, its likely that you don't have your email address associated with your account.  If that is the case, you will need your manager or Date Check Pro Administrator to reset your password.  You can also contact the Date Check Pro team at 262-458-2470 ext 2 or [email protected].
