What do I do if my account gets locked?

If you try to log into Date Check Pro with the incorrect password more than 5 times, you will see the error message below:  "Your account has been locked due to too many invalid login attempts."

If you are a Date Checker and this happens to you, you will need to contact your Date Check Pro Administrator for your company, or the Date Check Pro team at [email protected] or 262-458-2470 ext 2.  Either will be able to unlock your account and help you reset your password to something you will remember.

If you are a Date Check Pro Administrator for your company, you can unlock a user account by following the steps below, starting by accessing the Users Log for your company.  

Start by selecting the three line menu button in the upper left corner of the app.

Within the left hand menu, click on Administration.

With the Admin sub-menu open, select the Users option.

Within the user list, find the locked user. Users can be filtered by store, or using the search filter, to make the process easier. Click on the locked user to open the user profile.

Within the user profile, select the green "Unlock Account" button.
