If you followed the article showing how to create a user and do not have the administration or reports options after clicking in the upper left hand corner when you are logged in, this means your user level is "Date Checker."  Users at the Date Checker level do not have the ability to create other users.  You will need to have someone at the store with the "Store Manager" level of access or higher create additional users, or go in to update your access level.
