The Outlier Alerts report is designed to give you a listing of all "outliers" that have happened in the program.  This can include things like items being checked too quickly, or finding too many expired items.  The program looks at the expected reasonable range for a variety of statistics in the program and will add an alert here if something falls outside that range.  As we learn more about these expected numbers and other ways that we can ensure that the program is being utilized properly, we will improve this area of the program even more.  That will include this article in the Knowledge Base.
