Pace - How fast are the users Date Checking?
In order to see how fast your date checkers are working, you can check the pace numbers on the reports dashboard. This is accessed by clicking the bottom menu bar and then the dashboard button. Below the screenshots of how to get to the dashboard we will discuss the different things that you will see for pace.
The first number that you see is the store average for pace. This includes all users for the current store within the time range that is specified.
If you want to get a break down of how fast each date checker is going once you have looked at this number, you can click on the graph icon in the upper right hand corner and you will be taken to the User Performance Report. To learn more about the User Performance Report, visit How does the User Performance Report Work?
The next number that you will see is the company average. This aggregates all of your stores using Date Check Pro together so you can get an idea of how the current store is performing relative to other similar stores.
The last number that you will see is the Global Average Pace of all Date Check Pro users. We recommend keeping in mind your average store size and average inventory levels as you look at all of these numbers. Some Date Check Pro customers have higher inventory levels in higher volume stores that slow down the date checking process, while others carry much less inventory to appropriately meet demand. Just because the store you are viewing is below average does not mean that they are not working hard or at an acceptable pace. If you are having concerns about the pace workers are going at but would like more background on what should be expected, please feel free to reach out to the Date Check Pro team.
