If you want to see the savings that have been missed in the store you need to visit the reports dashboard by clicking the bottom menu bar and then the dashboard button.

This number is a calculation of all of the products that were found as expired without being rotated to the front of the shelf or marked down.  The program also factors in your selling percentage and what the estimated labor would have been to check these items, so it is an accurate picture of the likely savings you would have experienced rather than a running total of everything that was not rotated or marked down.
