If you are creating a new user or simply want to help someone who has forgotten their password, you can force an account to reset their password once they login.  Follow the steps below to get to the users page.

Once you are on the users page that you see below, find the name of the person you wish to force the password reset for.

Once the box is checked and you hit Save in the lower right hand corner, the program will require that user to type in a new password that is at least 8 characters the next  time they login with their current credentials.  You can also save a new password for the user if necessary.
