What do I do if my account gets locked?

If you try to log into Date Check Pro with the incorrect password more than 5 times, you will see the error message below:  "Your account has been locked due to too many invalid login attempts."

If this happens to you, you will need to contact your Date Check Pro Administrator for your company, or the Date Check Pro team.  The Date Check Pro team at [email protected] or 262-458-2470.  Either will be able to unlock your account and help you reset your password to something you will remember.

If you are a Date Check Pro Administrator for your company, you can unlock a user account by following the steps below, starting by accessing the Users Log for your company.  

Once you are on the Users Page (this is the default once you hit Admin as shown above), you can scroll through the list to find the lock icon for the user who needs to be unlocked.

Once you click on the locked out user, it will bring you to this page:
