No!  Date Check Pro has multiple new features that make it much more advantageous to have a separate user account for each user.  These features include pace tracking so you can tell who your top performers are, and alert tracking in case it looks like the program is not being used properly.  Having separate user accounts will make it much easier to know who to follow up with for alert tracking, and to understand user performance in your store.
