Why Can't I See Store Reset or Overlay Scan?

If you are looking to use the Store Reset or Overlay Scan functions of the program and you have selected the three line menu button to bring up the full menu, you still might not see the option to choose those tabs in the menu. If your screen is not showing those, like you see below, that means those features are not turned on for your profile.

In order to get those feature flags turned on for your profile, you will need to have a company administrator or Date Check Pro employee change your account settings.  You can contact Date Check Pro staff by emailing [email protected] or calling 262-458-2470 ext 2.
