The Implementation Tab is found while in Spot Check Mode, which is the opening view that you see when you log into the program.  You can click the bottom menu bar to bring it up and then hit Implementation.

To get to the Implementation tab, you start by selecting the three line menu button to bring up the full menu.

Once you have brought up the side menu, click on Implementation. It should be the first option below Spot Check.

This will bring up the following tab.
